This research examines the role of human resource management (HRM) in enhancing the institutional performance of international organizations, premised on the hypothesis that strategic HRM practices constitute a vital driver of operational efficiency and competitive advantage in a rapidly evolving global environment. A descriptive-analytical approach is adopted, employing a structured questionnaire administered to a stratified random sample of 260 participants across various managerial levels.
Findings reveal a statistically significant positive correlation between HRM practices—encompassing recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and compensation—and comprehensive institutional performance indicators. Continuous training and development emerged as the strongest predictor of operational efficiency improvement, while performance-based rewards were identified as a pivotal factor in elevating organizational commitment. Digital HRM systems further reinforced institutional development by strengthening internal communication and accelerating decision-making. The study concludes with actionable recommendations, chiefly: adopting an integrated HRM model that aligns practices with strategic institutional goals, accelerating the digitization of HR processes, and activating performance-linked incentive programs.
