Peer Review Process

All submissions undergo a rigorous Double-Blind Peer Review process to ensure the highest standards of academic integrity and objective evaluation. Reviewers are selected based on their expertise and geographical diversity.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Publication Ethics

The Fikra World Journal of Cross-Disciplinary Research (FWJCDR) is committed to ensuring the highest standards of publication ethics and follows the COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines.

  • ✔ Plagiarism: We use plagiarism detection software on all submissions. Any evidence of plagiarism will result in appropriate editorial action, which may include rejection of the manuscript.
  • ✔ Originality: Authors must ensure that their work is original and has not been published elsewhere or submitted simultaneously to another journal.
  • ✔ Retraction Policy: In cases of serious scientific misconduct, fraud, plagiarism, or other circumstances that compromise the integrity of the published record, the journal may retract an article in accordance with established ethical standards.
  • ✔ Generative AI Policy: Authors must disclose the use of generative AI and AI-assisted technologies in the writing process. Such tools should not be credited as authors and should not replace the authors' responsibility for the accuracy, originality, integrity, and scholarly content of their work.

Article Processing Charges (APCs)

FWJCDR currently provides open access without charging publication fees to authors.

Indexing & Abstracting

FWJCDR is dedicated to meeting the highest international publishing standards. The journal is preparing for evaluation and inclusion in recognized indexing and abstracting services, including DOAJ and Scopus. All articles are assigned DOIs through Crossref for permanent identification and discoverability.
